Tosa is a country of sake. There are 19 breweries in the prefecture, and you can enjoy a variety of sake.
It is also sold at the shop on the first floor of the hotel, but if you are looking for the essence of Tosa sake, here "Hibikiya" is recommended because it is close to the hotel.

It is located in front of Geisei Nishi IC on the eastern Kochi Expressway.
It has a friendly atmosphere like a local convenience store.
It also sells sweets, and it is a nice shop for local children even though it is a liquor store.

About Kuramoto of Geisei Village

In Geisei Village, where the hotel is located, there are two sake breweries, one of which is here.

Marukyo Brewery, who made sake under the brand name Hibiki Nada until 1994.
There is still a chimney behind the building. When you enter the store and look up at the ceiling, you can feel the old remnants of the manufacturing plant.

Another brewery, Sendo Sake Brewery, is still making sake today.
