Tosa is a country of sake. There are 19 warehouses in the prefecture, where you can enjoy a variety of sake.
It is also sold at the shop on the first floor of the hotel, but if you are looking for the essence of Tosa sake, here Hibikiya is recommended because it is close to the hotel.
Hibikiya (Hibikiya)

About the brewery of Geisei Village
There are two sake breweries in Geisei Village, where the hotel is located, one of which is here.
Marukyo Brewery was making sake under the brand name Hibikinada until 1994.
There is still a chimney behind the building. When you enter the store and look up at the ceiling, you can feel the remnants of the old factory.
Another brewery, Sendo Sake Brewery, continues to make sake today.
