Prefectural Makino Botanical Garden
A botanical garden named after Dr. Tomitaro Makino, a world-famous botanical categorist from Kochi Prefecture. A botanical garden that honors his achievements and attracts worldwide attention. Many plants that he discovered are also grown and impressive. Godaisan Chikurin-ji Temple, one of the 88 Shikoku Sacred Grounds, is also close to the temple.
