A special hot pot-yaki ramen using the eggs of Kochi's proud local chicken "Tosa Giraud" has been newly added to the buffet menu.
Tosa Giraud's eggs gently melt into the tasty soup, spreading rich flavor and mellow flavor.

December limited menu Nabeyaki Ramen
What is Nabeyaki Ramen?
It is a local ramen in Susaki City, Kochi Prefecture, and is said to have been born in the 1950s shortly after the war. (There are various theories.)
At first, it was loved as the “home taste” of local people, but now many fans come from outside the prefecture as the representative of the local gourmet of Susaki City, “Suzaki Nabeyaki Ramen”.
We arrange wonderful local gourmet in the hotel style and offer it as "Tosa Giraud's Nabeyaki Ramen".
※The hotel is served in an iron pot (one-person pot).
※We do not offer "Suzaki Nabeyaki Ramen".
The soup is light
It is a transparent soup based on chicken gala, which has a dark flavor but has a refreshing aftertaste.

Straight noodles that go well with soup

Simple toppings such as green onions, parent bird meat, raw eggs, chikuwa, and vegetables.

Tosa Giraud, a local chicken grown by the nature of Kochi Prefecture, is a brand chicken native to Kochi Prefecture that was born by crossing Tosa local chicken and Rhode Island red.
Tosa Giraud's eggs, carefully raised in an environment close to free-range animals, are characterized by a rich, rich, and mellow taste.
It is delicious whether raw or heated, and adds an elegant taste to the dish.
