Speaking of Kochi Prefecture (Tosa), many people may have the image of "strong in alcohol". Select typical sake from the recommended twelve breweries. We offer it at room temperature so that you can enjoy the original taste and aroma of sake. "Tosa Crane" became a national ward
Tosa Tsuru Sake Brewery became known nationwide. In fact, it is a sake brewery in Yasuda-cho, the eastern part of the prefecture. It is one of the two major sake breweries called Shibotan in the west and Tosa crane in the east.
