The Tosa Crane, which became a national ward
Tosa Tsuru Sake Brewery has become known nationwide. In fact, it is a sake brewery located in Yasuda Town in the eastern part of the prefecture. It is one of the two major sake breweries called Shibotan in the west and Tosa crane in the east.

Arimitsu Sake Brewery, one of the two sake breweries in Aki City. A sake brewery with many core fans in Akitora's brand. It was founded in Meiji, but the building was from the Edo period.
