All meals are served in a buffet style. The main dish is a common menu of 11 affiliated Mercure Hotels. In addition to the common menu of peace of mind, we also offer a local menu of the land that incorporates local colors. Tosa's specialty bonito tataki [dinner menu]
Kochi Prefecture is famous for its single-line fishing of bonito. It is also actively landed in Kyushu, Wakayama, and Shizuoka where the Kuroshio Current flows.
One of the representative dishes of Kochi's bonito is Tataki.
Tosa-ryu is eaten with soy sauce (ponzu) squeezed yuzu vinegar (Yunosu: Yunosu juice) sandwiched between sliced garlic on a thick cut tataki.
Tosa's specialty Tosamaki [Dinner Menu]
A simple but delicious roll of rolled sushi. Of course the contents are bonito. In the local area, there are various variations, such as tataki or sashimi, depending on the store, but garlic is indispensable in each case.

Ginger grilled pork [Dinner Menu]
Ginger grilled pork, which is very popular among all generations. A noteworthy local ingredient is ginger.
Kochi has the highest yield of ginger in Japan (*1). Of course, the pork ginger grilled ginger is also produced in Kochi Prefecture.
It is a dish that you want to enjoy the taste of ginger such as spicy, umami, and freshness.

Nirachijimi [Dinner Menu]
Chijimi ingredients from Kochi Prefecture are used. This is also the best yield in Japan, and the national market share is about 1/4 (* 2). We use plenty of fragrant fresh leek which is unique to the production area. By all means, please enjoy the flavor of leek.

Aosa Tempura [Dinner Menu]
Natural ones live in shallow waters with high tides. Aquaculture is also performed, and you can see aquaculture net near the estuary where seawater and freshwater mix. Recently, natural products are rare. Even aquaculture has been poorly harvested recently. The Aosa provided is not from Kochi Prefecture, but as one of the ingredients that has been eaten in Kochi for a long time, it is offered as the most delicious tempura. Please take this product by feeling the blessings of nature in the faint fragrance of the beach. It is recommended to eat with salt quickly.
Shiira's Yuzu-an ware [Dinner Menu]
It is a shira pottery that can be obtained often in Kochi Prefecture. It is also famous as a fish that is strong and fun to catch for boat fishing.
With a pale taste, Yuzu-an has a good impact and goes well with white rice.
When you go to Hawaii, you will line up at the restaurant as a high-class fish called "Mahimahi". It is common for a large body to be steak or steamed.
At the hotel, it is made into a size that is easy to eat and is served in Japanese-style pottery.
It is delicious as it is, but you can enjoy the change in taste by wearing mayonnaise or dressing.
Shibushabu of Shimanto Pork (Shimanto Pork) [Dinner Menu]
In order to fully enjoy the taste of Kochi's brand pork Shimanto pork (Shimanto pork), it is served in shabu-shabu instead of grilled ginger. A gem that you want to taste not only the umami of meat but also the umami of fat.
Dried sauce and ponzu are also delicious, but it is recommended that you can feel the umami of pork even if you simply eat with salt.
Bonito nokke-don, bonito chazuke [breakfast menu]
In response to the voice of wanting to eat bonito for breakfast, we have prepared bonito nokke-don. Unlike tataki at night, it is sliced thinly to match bowls and chazuke. Please take this product with plenty of dried bonito slices on white rice. Add a special soup stock to make bonito dashi-chazuke. This also stimulates appetite from the morning.
Freshly boiled yuzu with chicken wings [breakfast menu]
Chicken chicken wings are stewed with rich fragrance of yuzu. As the name suggests, it has a refreshing flavor and can be eaten even in the morning.

Kochi Prefecture has the highest shipment volume in winter and spring. (※3)
Eggplant is a specialty vegetable that represents Kochi Prefecture. It is also grown a lot in greenhouses around the hotel.
There are various ways to eat, but we offer it as tataki, one of the simplest ways to taste eggplant.
