Different sweets are available at the spring dinner buffet.
This spring, we will prepare six types of sweets using "Yuzu", "Tosa tea" and "Shiratama sugar".
We mixed cherry blossoms and strawberries that make you feel the coming of spring, making use of the locality and the sense of season.
In addition, we recommend an original parfait with sweets etc. prepared at the buffet venue.

Introduction of sweets menu limited to March and April
Rare cheese with yuzu jam from Kochi prefecture
Uses yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture luxuriously. Rare cheese cake with refreshing acidity and richness of cream cheese. The yuzu jam and yuzu peels attached to the finish make you feel the lingering of the whole dessert.
Matcha cake finished with Tosa tea powder
Tosa tea is a leading player in the shade. This is the case in the industry, and it has been used to enhance the aroma of famous teahouses.
Uses such fragrant Tosa tea as an accent for matcha cake.
This product allows you to fully enjoy the aroma of tea.
Tosa's broiled tea fragrant Hojicha pudding

There is a park named "Sakuragaoka" near the hotel. About 2,000 cherry trees of various species bloom in bloom.
