Do you have children's supplies?

There are various rental items for children such as baby beds and baby toilet seats available.

Please tell us about the age limit for children in the public bath

In order for our guests to spend their time comfortably and with peace of mind, we will set the following age limit for the use of mixed bathing in the large public bath.
Please refrain from using mixed bathing for children over elementary school age.
Children over elementary school age should use a bath that matches their gender.

Do you have a coin laundry?

Location: 1st floor
Hours 6:00~23:00
Cost Washing machine 1 time / 200 yen, dryer 30 minutes / 100 yen
※Detergents are sold at the front desk.

Do you have a smoking area?

It's next to the elevator on the second floor.
No smoking is allowed in the hotel except for the smoking area.

Do you have tourist brochures?

Tourist brochures are available in front of the Local Discovery Room on the 2nd floor.
Also, you can hand it over at the front desk, so please feel free to ask.

Tell me about your futon bedding.

We ask for self-service to be laid by the customer for futon bedding in Japanese and Western rooms.

Do you have a wheelchair?

It is available at the front desk on the first floor.
The number is limited, so please contact us in advance.

Do you have vending machines?

It is located on the left side of the shop on the first floor.
※There is no vending machine for alcohol.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available for free.
※Accor members can use high-speed communication.
※Member registration is free, so please register by all means.
※You can use it even if you enter your email address without registering as a member.

What is included in ALL Inclusive?

Accommodation rates include dinner, breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge, hot springs and activities.
※Meal conditions vary depending on your accommodation plan (with evening breakfast, with breakfast, without meals).

Do you have a microwave oven installed?

We do not have a microwave oven for customers to use. Thank you for your understanding.

Can you disinfect baby bottles and warm baby food?

We accept at the front desk. Please bring it to the front desk.
Regarding baby food at the buffet restaurant, please feel free to contact us as there are some products available at the hotel.

Is there a baby soap in the public bath?

There is no baby soap in the public bath, but we have a mild acidic body soap and shampoo.
If you do not use the public bath such as baby children, please let us know as a baby soap for rent is available at the front desk (limited quantity).

Is it possible to ship luggage in advance?

Please fill in the date of accommodation, the name of the representative of the reservation or the name of the group, and send it at the front desk notice. In addition, refrigerated and frozen ingredients are not allowed because there is no storage facility for customers.

Hours Irregularities
Contents: Mini fairs (shooting, quoits, sale of candy), Ryoma Narikiri, mood is pilgrimage, making shiratama sugar caramel popcorn, faucets with yuzu drinks, etc.
It is included in all-inclusive, but it will be charged for additional use with some content.

Business hours are from 9:00am to 12:00am
     2:00 to 6:00 pm

Do you have a pick-up?

We do not provide pick-up service. Please take a taxi from the nearest station or airport.
