Do you have children's supplies?

Various rental items for children, such as baby bed and baby toilet seat, are available.

Please tell us about the age limit for accompanying children in the public bath.

In order to make our guests feel comfortable and comfortable, we will set the following age restrictions for the use of mixed bathing in the large public bath.
Please refrain from using mixed bathing for children above elementary school age.
Children over elementary school age are encouraged to use a bath that matches their gender.

Do you have a coin laundry?

Do you have a smoking area?

It's next to the elevator on the second floor.
All inside the hotel is non-smoking except for the smoking area.

Do you have tourist brochures?

Tourist brochures are available in front of the local Discovery room on the second floor.
In addition, you can hand it over at the front desk, so please feel free to tell us.

Could you tell me about the futon laying?

We ask for self-service that customers can lay their own futons in Japanese-style rooms and Japanese-style rooms.

Do you have a wheelchair?

It is available at the front desk on the first floor.
The number is limited, so please contact us in advance.

Do you have vending machines?

It is located in the back of the aisle on the left side of the shop on the first floor.
※There is no vending machine for alcohol.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is free of charge.
※Accor members can use high-speed communication.
※Member registration is free of charge, so please register by all means.
※You can use it even if you enter your email address without registering as a member.

What does ALL INCLUSIVE include?

Accommodation rates include dinner, breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge, hot springs and activities.
※Meal conditions vary depending on your accommodation plan (with evening breakfast, with breakfast, without meals).

Do you have a microwave oven installed?

We do not have a microwave oven for customers to use. Thank you for your understanding.

Can you disinfect baby bottles and warm baby food?

We accept at the front desk. Please bring it to the front desk.
Regarding baby food at the buffet restaurant, please feel free to contact us as there are some products available at the hotel.

Is there a baby soap in the public bath?

Baby soap is not available in the public bath, but we have a mild acidic body soap and shampoo.
If you do not use the public bath for infants, please tell us as a baby soap for rent is available at the front desk (limited quantity).

Is it possible to send packages in advance?

Please fill in the date of accommodation, the name of the representative of the reservation or the name of the organization, and send it to the front desk. In addition, refrigerated and frozen ingredients are not allowed because there is no storage facility for customers.
