In order to make our guests feel comfortable and secure, we will set the following age restrictions for the use of mixed bathing in large public baths.
Please refrain from using mixed bathing for children over elementary school age.
Children over elementary school age should use the bathhouse that matches their gender.- Do you have coin laundry?

We ask for self-service that you can lay on your own futon bedding in Japanese and Western rooms.

Accommodation rates include dinner, breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge, hot springs and activities.

We do not have a microwave oven for customers to use. Thank you for your understanding.
- Can you disinfect baby bottles and warm baby food?
We accept at the front desk. Please bring it to the front desk.
Regarding baby food at the buffet restaurant, please feel free to contact us as there are some products available at the hotel.- Do you have baby soap in the public bath?
There is no baby soap in the public bath, but we have a mild acidic body soap and shampoo.
If you do not use the public bath for infants, please ask us for a baby soap for rental at the front desk (limited quantity).- Can I ship my luggage in advance?
Please fill in the date of accommodation, the name of the representative of the reservation or the name of the organization, and send it to the front desk notice. In addition, we refuse refrigerated and frozen ingredients because there is no storage facility for customers.
