We are preparing buffet-style dishes.
Location: 13th floor Locavore (Locaball)
Hours Dinner from 17:30 to 21:00 (final entry: 20:30)
Breakfast from 7:00 to 9:30 (final entry: 9:00)

- Do you have a coin laundry?
Location: 1st floor
Hours 6:00~23:00
Cost 1 washing machine / 200 yen, dryer 30 minutes / 100 yen
※Detergents are sold at the front desk.- Do you have a smoking area?
It's next to the elevator on the second floor.
No smoking is allowed in the hall except for the smoking area.- Do you have a tourist brochure?
Tourist brochures are available in front of the local Discovery Room on the 2nd floor.
You can also hand it over at the front desk, so please feel free to contact us.- Could you tell me about the futon mat?
We ask for self-service that customers can lay their own futons in Japanese-style and Western-style rooms.

It is available at the front desk on the first floor.
Please contact us in advance as the number is limited.- Do you have vending machines?
It is located in the back of the aisle on the left side of the shop.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The accommodation fee includes dinner, breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge, hot springs and activities.
※Meal conditions vary depending on your accommodation plan (with evening breakfast, with breakfast, without meals).- Is there a microwave oven installed?
We do not have a microwave oven for customers to use. Thank you for your understanding.
- Can you disinfect baby bottles and warm baby food?
You can pick it up at the front desk. Please bring it to the front desk.
For baby food at buffet restaurants, there are some products available at the hotel, so please feel free to contact us.- Do you have baby soap in the public bath?
Baby soaps are not available in the large public bath, but we have mild acidic body soaps and shampoos.
If you do not use the large public bath for infants, please let us know as a baby soap for lending is available at the front desk (limited quantity).- Is it possible to ship the luggage in advance?
Please fill in the date of stay, the name of the representative of the reservation or the name of the organization, and send it out at the front desk notice. In addition, refrigerated and frozen ingredients are refused because there is no storage facility for customers.
